Scheduled for completion in November 2020, construction will include the addition of conference/training rooms, private offices, as well as open office and seating areas. J.C. Anderson will also complete a build-out to the annex, which will serve as a testing/lab facility for Bosch.
Bosch VP of Sales and Marketing Services Paul D’Cruz added, “The purpose for this relocation is to have a new space to foster collaboration within our diverse and inclusive culture, providing associates with a work environment that is more accommodating of people’s needs and preferences.”
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Erlich, Project Manager Andrew Mott and Superintendents Bob Hickey and Bill Dennison. Whitney is providing the architectural services and Cushman & Wakefield is providing project management services.
