Segal McCambridge is an esteemed law firm headquartered in Chicago’s Willis Tower. The firm’s partners desired a modern downtown office space indicative of the quality of the services they provide, so they initiated a renovation complete with custom details, thoughtful amenities, and upgraded technology to better serve both their clients and their own employees.

NEW FINISHES AND AMENITIES

This project required significant renovations within a fully occupied and functional law office. We worked closely with the tenant, building management, and various vendors to install upgrades including an open reception area with a custom tile pattern and sleek marble surfaces, an employee break room complete with a bar, lounge, and pantry cafe, and new AV technology in the board rooms.

RESULT

Using a phased approach that required careful coordination and included swing spaces from which employees could work, this project was completed safely, on time, and under budget, with minimal disruption to the workday. This also ensured the Segal McCambridge team met the terms of their lease. Today the firm is operating in a contemporary space ideal for producing meaningful work and fostering client relationships.
