As J.C. Anderson field operations continued as of March 30th, we are doing everything we can to maintain the safety of our jobsites. At times like this, communication is critical, and we want to keep everyone informed as we work through managing the impacts of this public health challenge.
When our employees and subcontractors enter a JCA jobsite, they are first met by our jobsite guidelines instructing them to wipe their hands with a provided sanitizing wipe before sign-in. They must also answer a COVID-19 Questionnaire confirming they have not traveled to a level 2 or 3 country, come in close contact with a suspected or confirmed case and are not experiencing symptoms before they are allowed access to the site. Upon entry, they must report directly to the JCA Superintendent for a Toolbox Safety Talk reviewing CDC Guidelines. Once on site, no one is to leave until the end of shift – breaks and lunches are to be taken on site.
If anyone is to exhibit symptoms, come in contact with a confirmed case or test positive, we have notification and exposure processes posted on all sites.
JCA is gathering new information every day and making informed decisions in real-time, while also looking ahead and planning proactively. Our dedicated employees are working to ensure our jobsite sanitizing stations are always stocked.
