J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that global infrastructure and engineering firm, Gannett Fleming, has selected its team to complete the 22,000 square foot, full-floor, office renovation project at Two Prudential Plaza in Chicago.

Relocating from One Prudential Plaza, Gannett Fleming selected J.C. Anderson to build-out its new office space on the 37th floor of Two Prudential Plaza. Scheduled for completion in November 2019, construction will include building-out the space to create an efficient and collaborative office space. Once complete, the new space will feature open office areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and a large training room separated from the new break room by a moveable partition which can be opened for events.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive Seth Erlich, Project Manager Andrew Mott and Superintendent Mike Diduch. Eastlake Studio is providing the architectural services.
