We serve as your advocate from the onset of the project. Our estimators possess the knowledge and the historical data needed to uncover all cost-saving opportunities before any work begins, and our project managers mitigate risk by partnering with architects, engineers, and project consultants to identify potential risk factors and streamline project timelines.

  • Programming and space selection
  • Constructability and material availability review
  • Value engineering
  • Milestone and critical path scheduling

Once documents and suppliers are finalized our superintendents begin supervising the day-to-day operations, monitoring the schedule, updating it daily as needed, and conducting weekly project meetings with all subcontractors and vendors. Ongoing collaboration among the entire team, from management to field personnel, ensures quality control throughout the project.

  • Prepare, bid, and award packages to qualified subcontractors
  • Manage and monitor all subcontractors and suppliers
  • Direct weekly jobsite meetings involving key stakeholders
  • Implement and oversee safety program
  • Utilize Sage 300 and Fieldwire for management and coordination efforts

Our commitment to client satisfaction doesn’t end when we hand you the keys to the building. From the punchlist and final inspections to testing all equipment and turning over all drawings, manuals, and warranty letters, we facilitate a smooth transition to building occupancy.

  • Start punchlist early in the process, ensure timely completion
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of all equipment
  • Coordinate final inspections and obtain certificate of occupancy
  • Conduct 11-month walk-through to verify any warranty claims

Sage 300 is the cornerstone of our management reporting system. This project management software provides live updates on all aspects of responsibility, coordination, and accountability, clearly identifying action items. From Change Management to Submittal Logs and RFIs, our goal is to create a proactive and and collaborative approach to each project, ensuring expectations are clear and quality control and safety are of the utmost priority.

By integrating with Sage 300, Sage Project Center provides a secure, central online collaboration hub where JCA can collect, share, distribute, track, and take action on all project-related information. The results are smoother projects that end on time, on budget, and with less risk. This portal keeps a traceable record of every action performed on the job, and our project team uses it to share, track, and find documents they need to bring your project to completion.

JCA superintendents use Fieldwire for effortless coordination in the field. Fieldwire applications allow our teams to manage many tasks from their tablet, including: generating and solving RFIs; taking progress photos; and coordinating existing conditions, layouts, and approvals.

Additionally, our customized tracking mechanism provides the entire project team with valuable information regarding potential problem areas that can be resolved in real time with minimal delay and expense.
With Fieldwire tools for the contractor and architect, all parties can view and comment on drawings in a collaborative way, resolving issues and design changes efficiently.

At J.C. Anderson, we are uncompromising in our commitment to safety.
